What Have We Become…
To be honest…I have nothing to say yet myself about this horrific event from the weekend. I am still processing it. My heart goes out to those who were wounded or killed and their loved ones. A nine year old? The sadness here is really damn near boundless.
News is bittersweet.

I fear that everyone is missing the bigger problem: that it was easier for a proven deranged individual like Loughner to gain access to a gun than it was to gain access to the mental help he sorely needed. How pathetic is that?
